The newest wholesale trade show in the "green industry", the Pennsylvania Green Expo, PAGE, which will be held at the Harrisburg Farm Show Complex, is a forum bringing together retailers, wholesalers, equipment suppliers and operators, and other vendors and suppliers involved in the nursery, landscaping, flower, fruit, and other related industries. PAGE is being held Tuesday through Thursday, July 18-20, 2006, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Buy Marlboro Realizing that the Pennsylvania Green Industry needed a wholesale trade show centrally located in Pennsylvania, PAGE promoters started planning for what they believe to be the right event, at the right place, at the right time. The industry in Pennsylvania generates $3 billion annually so there is a great necessity for THE RIGHT EVENT for businesses to gather for events of this type. The Harrisburg Farm Show Complex has that central location in Pennsylvania. Harrisburg is within an easy one to three hour drive of almost every major town and city in the state which shapes this to be THE RIGHT PLACE. Its location just over 200 miles from Pittsburgh will ensure a large number of exhibitors and attendees from the western reaches of Pennsylvania as well as from neighboring states. The July 18-20 show dates are at a time when nurserymen and people in related industries can take a much needed break which makes this the THE RIGHT TIME.

PAGE is being marketed to businesses and individuals engaged in all aspects of the green trade â€“ nurseries, florists, landscapers, arborists, lawn and garden centers, grounds maintenance, etc.

PA Green Expo is headed by Gary and Joan Schoenly, proprietors of Sunlit Studio Ironworks. They have been exhibitors at this type of trade show for years and therefore have an understanding of what exhibitors and attendees are looking for in a trade show. In addition to that experience, they have been producing Model Engineering Shows which have taught them the ropes involved in producing shows as well. Ten years ago they started Cabin Fever Expo to showcase the engines and machine tools of Gary and son Jaredâ€™s hobby.

The Harrisburg Farm Show Complex has over 1 million square feet of show space to accommodate shows of any size. There is on-site, complimentary parking for over 5,000 vehicles, and there are 4,000 reasonably priced hotel rooms within four miles of the Show Complex. You are invited to submit an application as an exhibitor, vendor or attendee to the Second Annual Pennsylvania Green Industries Trade Show, and take advantage of great nurseryman trade show rates. The show will have the full support of the Department of Agriculture.
